You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached.

2. Ship with tracking (you pay return shipping, ~€20 depending on carrier)
3. Once received and inspected, we refund within 5 business days

14-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We're confident you'll love your MJP piece. However, if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to return it unused in original condition.

Return shipping is customer-paid (approximately €20 depending on your carrier and location). This is because orders ship directly from our supplier, and we handle inspections and quality control on returns.

We cover everything else — packaging, processing, and refund — so it's fair for both of us.

Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or style, the fastest route is to:
1. Request a return (we'll approve it)
2. Once your refund is processed, place a new order

This lets you choose exactly what you want.

We aim to process all returned orders within 5 business days of receiving them. However, in some cases, this could take up to 14 days.

Once we've processed your refund, you'll get a notification. Note: it can take up to 3 banking days before the refund appears on your bank account.

We're really sorry to hear that. If you received a faulty or damaged item, please email us a photo at customercare@maisonjeanp.com. We'll verify and either replace it or refund you — your choice — as fast as possible.

Generally: avoid extended water exposure (long swims), keep away from direct sunlight and harsh chemicals, and store in the original box when not wearing.

With normal wear and sensible care, your piece maintains its color and refined look over time.
